BIO

For several years I carried out clinical and research activities at two Italian hospitals and at the same time I dedicated myself to the clinical field, specializing in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy and enriching my training with other approaches, including Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy , Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Mindfulness (mindfulness and nutrition; mindfulness for anxiety e stress; mindfulness for trauma; mindfulness for depression).
I currently carry out clinical activities and Mindfulness courses at the Casa Internazionale delle Donne in Rome and, also in Rome, I collaborate with the Sarai Center: assistance for pregnancy and reproduction, carrying out support activities and Mindfulness courses for pregnant women and postpartum.
In my job I like to provide new tools to learn not to react but to respond to life's stressors. I enjoy helping people to be aware of the way they experience the world cognitively, behaviourally, emotionally and bodily and to change it if it causes distress.
