BIO

I have a degree in Art History and a master's degree in HR Management. After working in teaching and training in Milan, I moved to London to find my deepest why in personal and professional life. In London I enter the fashion sector as HR Manager and I specialize in Organizational Coaching at the CIPD.

In 2012 I returned to Italy and participated in the first international conference on Creative Thinking: CREA Conference as a volunteer. Here a triple epiphany takes place: I fall in love with the world of Creativity and Innovation, I finally find my Ikigai and I understand that I want to become a facilitator of creative thought and processes.

 

In 2019 I join the Organizational Team of CREA Conference. 

Today I continue to research and train, working with passion as an HR consultant, coach and Creative Problem Solving facilitator for international innovation agencies in Italy, Great Britain and the United States.

 

I also apply my knowledge as a Career Coach and guidance counselor for adults and adolescents to discover their own Ikigai.

I nourish mind and body through a wonderful discipline called Hara Yoga and I spread the concepts of emotional intelligence through the SEE Learning methodology: Social, Ethical and Emotional Learning.
