BIO

I am from Puglia by origin and Milanese by adoption for more than a decade. Here in Milan I obtained a master's degree in clinical, developmental and neuropsychology at the Bicocca University.

It was my graduation thesis on Emotional Intelligence that enlightened me on what I wanted to become the mission of my profession: helping people to become the best version of themselves.  So I got passionate to the psychology of well-being, personal growth, empowerment strategies. I then expanded my theoretical knowledge with systemic NLP oriented counseling techniques and Western and Eastern relaxation techniques.

Since I became an AIF (Italian Association of Trainers) certified trainer, I have combined the activity of trainer on transversal skills (effective communication, emotion management, time and stress management) with that of guidance counselor both in the professional and scholastic fields, through career counseling and personal growth.

Meeting people, listening to their stories and their uniqueness always makes me honored because in those stories there is all the magic and strength of a humanity that is apparently fragile but deep down always rich in resources. I therefore feel the duty to become a mirror to show them to the person who told me about themselves, to help them choose the best path for themselves, training their skills and equipping them with all the tools and strategies they may need to take this path .
