Occupational Psychologist enrolled in the Order of Psychologists of Tuscany and Professional Counselor with a humanistic focus specialised in work and personal well-being.

After gaining a long experience in Human Resources of Italian and multinational companies, I realized how important it is to listen to people in the company and take care of their psychological well-being.

Today, as a Freelance Consultant, I am proudly involved in what I am most passionate about: people and their professional stories.

Specifically, I deal with counseling, psychological well-being and mental health at work through courses aimed at
individuals and/or companies.

I also carry out career consultancy, career guidance, recruiting, selection and assessment activities.
I am satisfied with myself when I am able to help people move towards an improvement in their personal and professional well-being.
