BIO
I started my studies as a biologist, creating a solid scientific foundation and focusing on medical biology and the human body. From biology I learned precision, observation and in-depth knowledge of the functions of the human organism.

However, the drive towards a more holistic approach led me to specialize in naturopathy and herbalism at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. Here I acquired knowledge in European and North American herbal traditions, also exploring aspects of Ayurvedic medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am inspired by a complementary vision of body, mind and spirit and I use an eclectic approach with natural remedies to maintain or regain a state of well-being and authentic health.
The desire for knowledge continually stimulates me to improve my skills, following the new frontiers of natural medicine, but always respecting the traditions and the return to Mother Earth.

For the past four years, I have been living and working in Kent, England, where I have been consulting in two naturopathic clinics, in Faversham and Broadstairs. I am part of a dynamic and collaborative team of holistic therapists, who support the local community in disease prevention and health promotion. Medicinal herbs have become travel companions and I have learned to respect and know them in depth. Each herb is unique and special as we all are and as a naturopathic herbalist, my role is to identify which herbs are most suitable for the patient and create personalized herbal remedies.
