BIO

After graduating in psychological sciences and techniques with a focus on "work and organizations", obtained in 2009, I understood that my path led to training and coaching. I followed a master's degree in human resource management and development and participated in various refresher and training courses.

In 2010 I started my activity in the training field: first as a collaborator, later as a freelancer. The most important thing I've learned through experience is that there's always something to learn from the people in front of you.

Over time I have deepened and expanded my skills by teaching courses on various topics: business development, persuasive sales methodologies, effective communication, NLP, time management, goal management, development of communication channels with the customer and use of social networks, leadership and management of collaborators, public speaking, management of moods, management of emotions linked to relationships with family members and peer groups, motivation and self-esteem, self-development cycle, team spirit and team building, focus and concentration development.

I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges; over the years this has led me to practice various sports at a competitive level and to try various creative activities.

​

Today I work as a coach and trainer and I am always looking forwad to dealing with a new classroom and a new group of people. I firmly believe that attitude and the ability to focus are the basis in achieving important personal goals. As I always say: “everything starts from the head”.
