BIO

I am a psychologist and trainer, specialized in Brief Strategic Therapy. I carry out my clinical activity in Rome and online, helping people to overcome their problems through concrete techniques, stratagems and communication strategies that aim to improve their relationship with themselves, others and the world around us, starting from what seems apparently obvious: define the goal you want to achieve.

Always fascinated by the subject, I have had, during my studies and subsequent work experiences, the good fortune of being able to participate and bring my contribution to different fields (from neuroscience to occupational psychology), thus managing to broaden my points of view and integrate them into my current practice as both a clinician and a teacher.

Drawing from multiple sources, from multiple experiences and being able to combine them to find new and functional solutions is, for me, one of the best definitions of Creativity, and that's what I try to convey in my activities.

By working with people and supporting them in their path of change, it becomes increasingly clear how important correct and effective communication is to foster and stimulate the growth process.
