BIO
I became passionate about psychology at 17, reading a book. I studied clinical-dynamic psychology at the University of Padua and I jumped at a sentence from a professor "Psychology is learned outside these classrooms", I traveled for a few years - intended both in the mind and
in the body-, in Australia I got my first yoga book and started self-taught.
We suffer with the mind and body because we are a unit but in everyday life we often experience these aspects separately, I am fond of the generative approach to read reality and I strongly believe in the web, in collaborations between professionals.
I attended a Masters in Psychobiology of Health and Wellness and I became a clinical operator of Autogenic Training, I studied Jacobson's Muscle Relaxation and lately I have approached Mindfulness.
I am a founding member of a cultural association that deals with psychological and scholastic support for children, teenagers, parents and teachers.
After giving birth to twin girls, I embarked on a journey to become a Parent Coach, I accompany the new parents in the various stages of the child's life.
I work as a freelancer and work for a company that deals with personnel research and selection.

Specifically, I deal with active labor policies and participate in projects aimed at social re-integration e
work of people, I dedicate myself to training at companies, universities and municipalities on issues related to guidance, self-entrepreneurship and career counseling.
