BIO

I have a degree in Medicine and Surgery since 2012 and a specialist in Sports Medicine since 2017. In recent years I have been involved in the all-round management of professional athletes but also of amateur athletes and people who are approaching sport for the first time with the aim to improve their health.

Physical exercise is a simple weapon within everyone's reach but very powerful: training profoundly influences the functioning of our body and mind, bringing us to a higher level of well-being.

Participating in these courses allows me to be in contact with those who want to practice physical exercise and give them the right tools and the motivational boost they need to get started.

My challenge is to help people improve their quality of life by moving.

I am an expert in: cardiovascular prevention, sports cardiology, sports traumatology, musculoskeletal ultrasound and infiltration therapy
