BIO

I have twenty years of experience in the fields of education, performing arts and management. Twenty years where I studied and traveled a lot and shed my skin several times following my passions.

 

Since 2015 I started my training and coaching activity, training thousands of professionals in the development of personal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, effective communication and leadership.

 

I have been using my method (The FAB Method) for years, combining extraordinary techniques such as coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, improvisation and role-plays, offering individual and group training solutions, in presence and online, in Italian and English.

I have collaborated with government offices, education, private and corporate sectors in Italy and abroad.

After a decade abroad, the pandemic brings me back to my land where I am enthusiastically trying to contribute to the development of key skills such as emotional intelligence and communication.

My mission is to help professionals who want to be more confident, effective and influential, especially during phases of personal or work change or transition. Therefore, help them to live a more fulfilling life and career by learning to better manage their emotions, their projects and others.

 

In both training and managerial positions, I love to motivate and bring out the best in people and groups by working with empathy, enthusiasm and professional ethics.
