Sports medicine specialist
Graduated in Medicine and Surgery with specialization in sports medicine from the University of Milan Bicocca
BIO
I graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Milan Bicocca with a thesis on sleep at high altitude carried out at the Everest base camp (Nepal - 2008 Highcare Expedition) and I chose the specialty in Sports Medicine to be able to combine my passion for medicine and sports physiology.
I currently follow the girls of the national cross-country skiing team of the Milano Cortina 2026 team, in the past I was the doctor of the national alpine skiing team. I collaborate with the specialization school of sports medicine at the University of Milan Bicocca.
I strongly believe in the importance of regular physical activity, which is capable of preventing and improving many pathologies and, together with a healthy lifestyle, fundamental for bringing us ever closer to all-round well-being.
I have an integrated vision of well-being, which involves both our central nervous system (autonomic system) and targeted sporting activity, so I always try to pass on pills that can be useful in the daily lives of each of us.
