BIO
I am a Nutritional Biologist and expert in developmental age, sports nutrition, nutrition-related pathologies and the consequences of work-related stress.
I teach at the University of Turin and at the San Raffaele in Rome and Milan to biologists and doctoral students in Food Science.

I have always been fascinated by writing, I have written many books: "Food at the dawn of the Millennium" - "Desk food" - "The invisible guest" - cancer and nutrition, I love talking about Anthropology and Sociology, I deal , as a registered journalist for over 20 years, of the relationships between Media, Industry and Society and the eating habits of populations around the world.

I co-founded and teach the sustainability of food and its future in the Mario Soldati Master in tourism and food and wine communication.
​
I deal, and there are few of us who do it in Italy, with corporate nutritional welfare, which covers the need to train operators-workers so that they live in a peaceful and healthy environment that allows them to express skills and creativity, also through healthy eating.
