I am an entrepreneur and occupational psychologist, my experience focuses on the contribution that new technologies offer to companies with respect to HR. My goal is to bring innovation in management training and organizational consultancy.

I am passionate about technologies, and I like to talk about Artificial Intelligence, Green HR, Digital Reputation, and in general future topics and trends that may interest companies and workers today to anticipate tomorrow's challenges.

In recent years I have dealt with projects for medium and large Italian and multinational companies in the field of personnel development and workplace well-being.

 

I worked on the development of soft skills such as communication, problem solving, creativity and digital readiness with managers and employees, using both psychological tools such as individual and group tests and activities, and technological innovations, such as robots and applications.
