BIO

I define myself as a Generator of Passions because in my work I have combined my two great passions: creativity, art and the search for beauty with coaching and personal growth.

I help people unblock their lives and find who they really are, discover or rediscover their talents and how to cultivate them in the fast-paced life we live in.

In my approach, creativity is a mean to look inside ourselves and find ourselves, and not an end: it allows us to reconnect with our most childish part, where our talents and what we really love are contained.

I have an holistic vision of well-being, which looks at the human being in his entirety and complexity. Every signal from our body is a message that we can learn to read. Our thoughts and words are our nourishment and I work a lot on the language we use and on our empowering and disempowering beliefs.

I believe in words, beauty and creativity as a different point of view from which to look at the world or a situation.
