BIO

My job consists in helping and accompanying people and companies in their paths of change and evolution.

 

In my professional career I have worked for many years in the field of radio communication with many regional and national broadcasters such as Playradio (Corriere della Sera Group), Radio Montecarlo and Radio Italia only Italian music; I am currently the Program Manager of Radio Ticino (Switzerland).

 

In the field of training, for almost ten years I was a lecturer in Theories and Techniques of Radio Conduction, and then Head of Training for Radiospeaker, the largest radio community in Italy.

 

I implemented my skills in the digital field with a Master in Social Media and Digital Marketing, then co-founding the first web agency made up of psychologists in Italy in 2017. Currently I am a Consultant and Digital Strategist for SMEs and freelancers.

 

I work as a Clinical Psychologist in the Center for Rare Genetic Diseases of the Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico in Milan. I also work as a private wellness psychologist at my studio in Milan and online. 

 

I am also involved in voluntary work as an associate and president of Nodi Parlati, a social promotion association which aims to disseminate psychological culture in and around Milan.

 

Finally, I am a subject expert in the Dynamic Psychology course of the Faculty of Psychology of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (Brescia branch) where I am involved in teaching and research activities.
