Graduated in Political Science at the University of Eastern Piedmont; ISYCO Diploma (Institute for the Study of Yoga and Oriental Culture)

BIO

I worked for several years in the personnel administration sector of a large company and the search for profound psychophysical well-being for my person led me to meet Yoga and Ayurveda.

With my first Master I had started an Ayurvedic training course which I am currently deepening with particular attention to the healing therapies of massage and plantar reflexology.

I graduated from ISYCO (Turin) and I continue to follow certified Yoga post-training alliance.
