My activity as a Nutritionist Biologist mainly focuses on the relationship between nutrition and pathology. I collaborate with medical centers located in Monza and Carugate but I also offer online services throughout Italy.

With my patients I apply both nutritional strategies and interventions aimed at correcting lifestyle, with particular reference to physical activity, sleep, circadian rhythms.

 

In addition, I use proven alternative medicine techniques to perfect my courses.
